We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and in their original condition. Due to hygiene standards, personal care products that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a refund for the value of the returned item(s). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs are paid directly to the carrier.
Returns are accepted only for purchases made through our official website. If your order was placed with an authorized retailer or partner, please contact them directly for assistance.
